Motivation of the jury For the Jury of the Arty Award for collage art, edition Brussels, Paulette in ‘t Veld was immediately and unanimously the leading candidate. Indeed, her work has a soul and is incredibly strong in technical terms. As a spectator you recognise what you see, yet it is so different that it is difficult to name it. Her piece is a dream world throughout which we can stroll. The care with which the work has been carried out is truly impressive. So many elements placed along and upon one another, connecting as a mosaic into a brilliant whole.
